2020 Season Operations Update: June 16, 2020
Ramblewild Family & Friends,
We have some very exciting news to share!
Aerial adventure parks were given the go-ahead to open as part of Governor Baker’s Phase II reopening plan. We were very pleased to hear this, as originally this wasn’t going to happen until Phase III or Phase IV. While we have not yet set a date for opening, we are working diligently to align park operations and policies with to Federal, state, and local compliance guidelines. We anticipate that we will be opening sometime the beginning of July. As you may know, safety is the number one priority for us at Ramblewild. As soon as we are confident that we can deliver experiences that are safe for both staff and guests under “new normal” circumstances, we will open.
In the meantime, we'd like to set proper expectations for when we do open. There are 2 components of the state’s reopening guidelines related to groups that will have significant impact on operations:
1) Groups size is limited to a maximum of 10 participants.
2) When social distancing is not possible, groups must be limited to single households.
Therefore we will not be open for general public reservations as we’ve been in the past. Instead, we will be offering private group climbs. Reservations will be required (by phone). There will be only one group reservation available per time slot for a single household or cohort (two families traveling together, a group of friends, etc.).
We are not currently taking reservations, and will not do so until we have set an opening date. We will follow up with additional details on our COVID-19 protocols and opening date as soon as we have them. If you have any questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We look forward to seeing you soon. Until then, be well!
