FOR GUESTS
COVID-19 self-screening checklist required before arrival
Temperature check upon arrival (must be under 100.4 degrees in order to participate)
Please bring a mask with you as you will be required to wear one at different points during your experience:
at check-in
inside a building
anytime you are unable to maintain social distance from guests outside of your group
You have to carry a mask when you climb but only need to wear it when you cannot maintain social distance from your guide
If you do not have a mask, one will be provided for you
When it's required, please wear your mask properly so that it covers your nose & mouth completely
While the majority of Ramblewild's staff is fully-vaccinated, all employees climb with masks on
Hand washing and hand sanitizing frequently
Hand sanitizing is recommended before starting an aerial trail
Please maintain social distance from staff and other guests whenever possible
FOR STAFF
Our staff has been trained in CDC and operational protocols for distancing, personal hygiene, and cleaning & disinfection

Masks are required when indoors, when climbing, and outdoors (on the ground) if unable to maintain social distance
In the event of a rescue scenario, staff will use additional PPE such as surgical mask and surgical gloves
In addition to mask-required situations listed above, all guests and staff are welcome to wear a mask as often as they feel comfortable!
FOR FACILITIES
No touch check-in limits time inside the lodge
Established cleaning protocols for all high touch surfaces inside the lodge - countertops, tables, door handles, faucets, sinks, etc., and frequent cleaning of restrooms
Hand washing stations are available at both entrances to the lodge
Hand sanitizing stations available in lodge, at the harness shed, and at climbing and picnic areas in aerial park & Basecamp
Signage for social distancing, hand washing, and one-way traffic flow
FOR SHARED CLIMBING EQUIPMENT
Harnesses: after a single use, each harness will be quarantined for 72 hours
Helmets: after a single use, each helmet receives standard spray treatments, and will also be quarantined for 72 hours
